This implementation will provide one chart, one record, and one system for patients receiving care within St. Joseph’s, supporting the world-class health organization’s mission, vision and core values.
To optimize the efficiency of the implementation, St. Joseph’s will utilize e4’s LEAN Engineering® software and methods – a constantly-evolving compendium of content, knowledge, and LEAN tools and tactics that accelerate complex programs and eliminate waste to reduce overall expenses.
