I share the following message on behalf of our entire Company Executive Leadership Team and Ownership…
As a company dedicated to supporting hospitals and health care organizations, we are seeing first-hand the challenges and pressures that the current COVID-19 pandemic are placing on our clients and colleagues. These are unprecedented times, and we are seeing those organizations respond and react in amazing ways – for the benefit of our communities and nation.
Like all companies, our leadership is focused on this situation. Our management and staff are responding to our clients’ needs, as they continue to react and respond to the changing circumstances.
Our e4 team is comprised of hundreds of professionals who have dedicated their careers toward the improvement of healthcare delivery and operations, with particular focus on the effective utilization of technology and systems to enable and improve the underlying workflows. Healthcare delivery and those workflows are now being be challenged in unforeseen ways.
Our company provides services and lives by lean principles, which will help us and our clients over the long haul. We are financially healthy and will be able to remain side-by-side with our client partners, helping them through this period. We have also taken steps to ensure that the safety of our team members, colleagues and communities remains our top priority.
We operate many of our services effectively as a remote US-based personnel company – across all of our practices including Coding, CDI, HIM, IT, Clinicals, and Revenue Cycle. Our team members are effective in ensuring our value-added services to our clients continue regardless of where they are stationed. As the nation increasingly moves towards “sheltering in place,” our team members remain safe and positioned to maintain as much normalcy for our clients as possible.
Now is the time to ensure our valued client partners know we remain by their side, ready to step in and assist them in any ways possible so that they can continue to prepare for and weather this current storm.
Chief Executive Officer, e4
