e4 Outperforms 95% of Peers in Revenue Growth, New Jobs and More Satisfied Clients According to PS Maturity™ Benchmark Survey

WEST CHESTER, Pa. March 15, 2017 e4, a leading national provider of healthcare consulting services, announces that it has been recognized in the SPI Research PS Maturity™ Benchmark Survey as a “Best-of-the-Best” firm. SPI Research, the leading independent technology services research firm, recently revealed that e4 was among the top 21 firms out of 416 organizations who participated in the survey, which analyzes five critical service performance dimensions: leadership, client relationships, human capital alignment, service execution, and finance and operations.

“There’s just no doubt that our people and our culture earn customers and customer loyalty better than anyone,” said Niall Doherty, Co-Founder and President of e4. “We work extremely hard to create a culture of innovation and customer satisfaction, and this Best-of-the-Best recognition validates that the hard work is paying off”.

The 416 professional service organizations represented in the PS Maturity™ Benchmark Survey employ over 200,000 consultants who each produced, on average, $205,000 in annual revenue.  Collectively, these firms generated over $35 billion in PS revenue. “Being recognized again by SPI as a top performer is particularly gratifying this year,” said Jim Hennessy, CEO of e4. “Our customer focus and ability to adapt to their changing needs, in combination with our leadership team’s persistent focus on our core metrics (based on many emphasized in the SPI report) positioned us for another successful year. The PS Maturity™ report continues to serve as the benchmark that we measure ourselves against, and where we look for new ways to stay on top of our business.”

According to SPI Research, a key characteristic that differentiates this year’s top performers is their emphasis on building unique, employee-centric cultures, something that is critical to e4’s success. “Each individual at e4 sincerely takes responsibility for our client’s success,” said Jennifer Thomas, Director of Culture at e4. “It’s deeply engrained in the entire team by the actions and words of the leadership team.  Providing an environment where all employees feel empowered to voice critical or creative ideas requires trust between leadership, management, and team members. When team members feel respected and trust their leadership and team members, they lead the culture.”
